Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day are picked the same day. Everything else ships within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking email the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Standard: 3–6 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.

Express: 1–3 business days via UPS.

Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Below that, standard shipping is $6.95.

Standard: 5–9 business days via Canada Post or UPS Standard.

Express: 2–4 business days via UPS.

Free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD equivalent. Canadian orders ship from regional fulfillment where stock allows to reduce transit time and border delays.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Where import duties apply to a Canadian order, they are displayed at checkout before payment so nothing is collected on your doorstep.

Every order includes tracking, emailed automatically. If tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, email support@kronaapparel.com and we'll open a carrier trace and keep you posted.

Carrier delays happen. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we reship at no cost or refund in full. Incorrect addresses supplied at checkout are the customer's responsibility, but tell us quickly and we'll try to intercept.
