Refund & Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors and pet hair, with original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, sports bras and shorts must still have the hygiene liner in place.

Email support@kronaapparel.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label for US and Canadian addresses.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse we inspect it within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

The fastest way to change size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Tell us in your email if you'd like us to hold your replacement size.

If something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your choice.

Items purchased from a clearly marked final-sale section cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
