Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided) and order contents. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processors — we never see or store full card numbers.

We also collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, device type and referring source, used to keep the store fast and relevant.

If you create an account we store your email, saved shipping addresses and order history so you don't have to re-enter them. Items you save to your wishlist are stored on your device when you are signed out, and linked to your account when you are signed in — only so your saved pieces follow you between devices. Reviews you submit store the name, email and optional photo you provide with them.

Body measurements — such as height, weight, bust, waist or hip — are only ever collected if you choose to enter them into a fit or "find my size" tool. They are used solely to recommend a size, are never used for advertising, never sold or shared with advertising partners, and can be deleted at any time by emailing support@kronaapparel.com.

We only send marketing emails to people who explicitly opted in by ticking the consent box themselves — it is never pre-checked. We record the exact consent wording, the date and time, and where the sign-up happened, as required by Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL). Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and transactional messages about your orders are sent regardless of marketing consent.

To process and deliver orders, handle returns and support requests, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and — only with your consent — send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

We share data only with service providers who need it to do their job: our e-commerce and checkout platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, and email and analytics providers. We never sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies to keep your bag and session working, plus analytics and advertising cookies where you consent. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; essential functionality may be affected.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; ask us to restrict or stop processing; request a portable copy; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it). Email support@kronaapparel.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted or anonymized. All traffic to this store is SSL encrypted, and access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it.
